My engine died on my car and I had it towed to B&B Automotive & Wrecker. Instead of replacing my engine and charging me, they did some research and spoke with the car dealer to find out that Hyundai was having issues with this engine. They towed it to my dealership so I could get my engine taken care of by Hyundai. I know not a lot of places would have made sure I was taken care of like that. Thank you B&B Automotive & Wrecker.

Awesome work and customer service. We are from Houston and were stranded in Denison with a bad water pump. They came and got us off Hwy 75, took us back to the hotel and provided an estimate within 2 hours of picking up the car. Next day, the car was ready by noon and they came back to the hotel and picked us up to get the car. They even made sure we knew about a food service that you could order in food since we were stranded for the night. Try them out whether you are local or traveling through for your car repairs. Had a problem with really bad battery corrosion that ended up damaging some other parts. They were able to promptly tow, diagnose, order replacement parts, and repair my car, and even come give me a ride to the shop to pick it up when it was finished. They were able to get it all done before my final semester of classes started on Tuesday. Doris was very friendly and was the one who gave me a ride back to the shop. A+ service and definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They even found a few minor problems with my car (something loose here, something bent there) and fixed them for free. Great service, will use again.

I have taken every car that I own to B &B Automotive. I trust them fully they do such a wonderful job. They are so very honest that is hard to find these days!! The owner Eddie Brown, Doris, and all of his technicians are the very best. Very knowledgeable and professional. You won't find a better deal in town!!!!!
